These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aiviue Platform, including the website, web and mobile applications, WhatsApp-based conversational workflows, QR job application flows, the AI assistant "Aivi," employer dashboards, candidate tools, and all related services provided by Aiviue Technologies Pvt. Limited ("Aiviue", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately. These Terms create a legally binding agreement between you and Aiviue.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and confirm that you meet these requirements.
Aiviue is an AI-driven conversational recruitment system that provides job seekers with tools to create profiles, submit applications, upload resumes and video resumes, and interact with automated screening and recommendation workflows on WhatsApp, web, and mobile. Aiviue enables employers and recruiters to create job descriptions, manage hiring pipelines, schedule interviews, review candidate information, and receive AI-generated summaries, insights, workflow assistance, and recommendations. Aiviue acts solely as a technology facilitator and does not function as an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or verification authority.
Aiviue does not verify the authenticity, accuracy, or completeness of job postings, candidate resumes, candidate profiles, video resumes, employer-provided details, or any information exchanged between users. All hiring decisions, evaluations, screening criteria, and selection processes are the sole responsibility of employers. Aiviue does not guarantee job placement, candidate selection, employer responsiveness, or employment outcomes.
Aivi generates automated insights, summaries, recommendations, and guidance based on user-provided data, employer-defined criteria, and automated processing. These outputs are informational only, non-binding, and should not be relied upon as factual assessments, verified evaluations, or hiring criteria. Aivi does not make, influence, or determine hiring decisions. Employers must independently verify all information and make all hiring decisions without relying solely on AI-generated insights.
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Aiviue is not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorized access caused by your actions or omissions.
Employers agree that all job postings, job descriptions, compensation details, requirements, company information, and any video job descriptions created or uploaded on the Platform must be truthful, accurate, lawful, and genuinely associated with roles that they intend to hire for. Employers must not post fabricated roles, misleading job descriptions, bait-and-switch advertisements, fraudulent openings, or deceptive content. Employers are solely responsible for screening, evaluating, interviewing, selecting, and hiring candidates. Employers must comply with all applicable labor, employment, and anti-discrimination laws. Aiviue is not responsible for verifying employer-provided information, job legitimacy, employer claims, or compliance with laws.
Candidates must ensure that all information submitted on the Platform, including resumes, profiles, video resumes, identity information, documents, and responses, is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Candidates must not impersonate others or falsify information. Aiviue is not responsible for verifying candidate claims, background, credentials, or authenticity. Any misrepresentation by candidates is solely their responsibility.
Users shall not misuse the Platform in any manner, including but not limited to: posting false information, uploading harmful files, scraping data, reverse-engineering the Platform, introducing malware, impersonating others, using the system for spam, circumventing security, engaging in fraudulent hiring or application activity, or posting unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful content.
Users retain ownership of content they submit, including resumes, videos, job postings, and documents. By using the Platform, users grant Aiviue a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, analyze, and use such content to operate the Platform and improve services, including through de-identified data for AI training as described in the Privacy Policy. Aiviue retains ownership of all Platform technology, AI models, branding, UI/UX, and intellectual property.
Employers purchasing paid services agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Payments are governed by Aiviue's billing and refund policies. Misuse or excessive consumption of paid features may lead to suspension or termination.
All data collection, processing, retention, deletion, and user rights are governed by the Aiviue Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Aiviue is not involved in hiring decisions. Employers are fully responsible for the accuracy of job postings, the truthfulness of video job descriptions, compliance with employment laws, verification of candidates, interview results, offer decisions, onboarding, compensation, and workplace practices. Aiviue shall not be liable for any hiring choices, job offers, rejections, hiring delays, disputes, or employment outcomes.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Aiviue does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from inaccuracies. Aiviue does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any employer or candidate information, AI-generated insights, or content provided by users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aiviue shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform. Aiviue shall not be liable for misrepresentation by users, false information posted by employers or candidates, inaccuracies in job postings or resumes, AI-generated outputs, employment decisions, compensation disputes, onboarding issues, or any employment-related problems. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aiviue, its employees, directors, officers, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of user actions, violations of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or disputes between employers and candidates.
Aiviue may suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion for breaches of these Terms, fraudulent activities, misuse, legal violations, or risks to Platform integrity. Upon termination, user data will be governed by the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of India. All disputes, claims, or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Aiviue may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through email, WhatsApp, or in-app notices. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
