The Aiviue Platform is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age, which is the minimum legal age to enter into employment in most jurisdictions. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data of minors or individuals who do not meet legal employment requirements. If we become aware that data belonging to a minor has been collected, we will delete such data promptly.

Candidate profiles and video resumes: Retained for as long as your Aiviue account remains active, unless you delete them.

Employer and recruiter data: Retained for the duration of the business relationship and any legally required retention period.
Upon account deletion, all personal data is deleted except where the law requires retention.
